These terms of service apply to the use of the SpotStack app and the spotstack.app website.

2. Service description

SpotStack is an application that lets you save public URLs (e.g. from Instagram, Safari) and enrich them with location data. Use is free. Premium features may become available for a fee in the future.

3. User obligations

• Do not save content whose distribution violates applicable law.
• Do not transmit malicious code or spam.
• Do not abusively overload our servers.

4. Third-party content

SpotStack links to external content without reviewing it. The respective provider is solely responsible for the linked content.

5. Availability & liability

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may adjust these terms. The current version is published at spotstack.app/en/terms.

7. Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected.
